You have been hired as a team of consultants to conduct a strategic analysis of the current external and internal environmental factors influencing a multinational firm of your choice.

You should use relevant theories and frameworks covered during the module to identify the most pressing strategic issues currently facing the firm and present recommendations to address these issues.

You should prepare a group visual presentation to the board of directors (e.g. using Powerpoint slides and videos) that will be uploaded to Canvas.
