WRITING YOUR REFLECTIVE JOURNAL

• We wish you learn psychology not only for describing behaviors and mental processes about yourself or others, but also for making use of these theories and concepts to help yourself and others.

• Writing a reflective journal allows you to reflect on the psychological concepts and theories you have mastered and realize how such knowledge could be related to your own development and understanding of psychological phenomena.

• In this assessment component, students are required to write an individual reflective journal to apply theories and concepts from psychology in solving problems in your own lives, or problems in your significant others or society at-large that you are concerned with.
