1. Let VI = 0, and determine the unloaded voltage gain vo /vi and output resistance for the circuit below. Assume Wn = 50 µm and Wp = 100 µm. For all transistors, assume L drawn = 1 µm and Xd = 0. Use Table 2.3 at the end of this homework for other parameters. Check your answers with SPICE. Also, use SPICE to plot the large-signal VO − VI transfer characteristic. Use SPICE to determine the CMRR with VI = 0 if the current-source output resistance is 1 MΩ .
