ZCMA6092 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

SEMESTER 2 ACADEMIC SESSION 2023/2024

INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT (30%)

As an MBA student, you must be able to follow the instructions carefully. Therefore, please make sure that you read through the following instructions before attempting your individual assignment. It is also important to make sure that you avoid making mistakes, especially during your writing stage and submission stage.

TASK:

Write a short academic essay addressing the following theme:

Application of the new technology in human resource management:

Addressing the what, the why and the how.

You must use the knowledge that you have acquired in the Research Methodology class on how to write a good literature review. There must be proper citations when you refer a fact to some published works. If you forget how to write a literature review, please revise your notes again before writing this academic essay.

Please refer to the rubrics when writing your essay. It is a guideline for you on how to produce a good quality academic essay. This rubrics also serves as the standard marking scheme to ensure fairness and consistency.
