ACME Corporation records staff members punch in and punch out times daily. A staff member is paid for up to 8 hours per day worked.

It has been noted that the output of the averagehours function is faulty. You are asked to fix and improve the existing function (you have been explicitly instructed not to remove it).

Daily hours

1. Only include a daily record for a staff member when a punch in start hour, start minute and punch out end hour and end minute are recorded. A table of staff daily times are provided on the spreadsheet.
