(a) Draw the payoff and P&L diagrams for the put option at expiration.                  (b) What is the P&L on the option at expiration if the underlying is $247.51 (i.e. S1  = 247.51)?

Problem 2 (5 pt). Twilio stock has a bid price of $89.36 and an ask price of $89.71. Assume there is a $3 brokerage commission for each transaction.

(c) Suppose now that the brokerage fee is quoted as 0.1% of the bid or ask price. Compute the amounts in (a) and (b) using the new brokerage fee.

Problem 3 (10 pt). QuantumScape shares currently trade at $12.31. The one year continuously compounded interest rate equals 2%.1   The premium of a 20-strike put option on QuantumScape maturing in one year is $9.90. Compute the arbitrage-free price of a 20-strike call option with maturity in one year.
