Course Instructor: Dr. Amanda Abiad - (you can refer to me as Amanda or Dr Abiad)

I was born and raised in southern California. I started my career at community college and transferred to complete my B.S. in Biochemistry from California State University, Fullerton. I ther came to UCl where I got my Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry working in Rachel Martin's lab anddoing Chem Ed research on the side. I have always enjoyed teaching and mentoring students since I started my chemistry career at community college.
