2. DESCRIPTION OF THE FMT PROPOSAL

The primary goal of the marketing plan for milk tea industry is to successfully launch and establish HEYTAE as a leading brand in the rapidly growing market of milk tea products. The aim is to capture a significant market share within the first year of operation and build a loyal customer base, to integrate Chinese milk tea culture into the Spanish market, allowing more people to experience this young and historic beverage.

China has a long history of tea drinking culture, and as a form of modern tea drinking, the rise  and  development of milk tea are closely related to the inheritance and innovation of Chinese tea drinking  culture. With the increasing pursuit of health, quality, taste, and fashion by Chinese consumers, milk tea, as a fashionable and healthy beverage, has gradually become an important component of people's daily  lives.

With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, people's living standards are constantly improving, and consumer demand and consumption structure are also constantly upgrading. Milk tea, as a high-  quality and high value-added beverage, satisfies consumers' pursuit of a quality life, and its market size  is constantly expanding.

We  assume  that  by  strategically  positioning  HEYTEA  as  a  high-quality,  fashionable,  young,  and culturally rich beverage brand, we look forward to strong online influence, attracting social media events and collaborating with influential individuals to help expand the brand's influence and drive initial sales.

This master thesis addresses an important topic nowadays.The history of Spain's milk tea industry is relatively short, mainly influenced by other European and Asian countries. In recent years, with the increasing trend of healthy eating and beverages, as well as the impact of globalization, Spain's milk tea industry has gradually developed and grown.

In conclusion,, HEYTEA's marketing plan aims to position the brand as a leader in the Spanish milk tea market by leveraging  current trends in  consumer behavior and  strategic marketing initiatives.  This method not only meets the growing demand for milk tea products, but also transforms HEYTEA into a young, fashionable and historically rich beverage, allowing more Spaniards to enjoy milk tea.

2.  OBJECTIVES OF THE FMT

The main objective of this final master thesis is to provide valuable information to make the best strategic decisions regarding the product, pricing, promotion, and distribution channels for HEYTEA. It will also provide information in order to make informed decisions on segmentation and positioning. Information on budget allocation as well as metrics and analytics will also be provided.

In  summary,  the  goal  of the  marketing  plan  for  HEYTEA  is  to provide  insights  into  the market, consumer behavior, and the brand itself based on a rigorous academic investigation. The information gathered  informs  strategic  decisions  related  to  product  development,  positioning,  target  audience engagement,  and  resource  allocation,  ultimately  contributing  to  the  brand's  successful  launch  and sustained growth in the competitive milk tea industry.

3.  METHODOLOGY

Developing a marketing plan for HEYTEA involves a systematic approach that combines primary and secondary  research  methodologies.  The  goal  is  to  gather  comprehensive  data  to  inform  strategic decisions.  We  will  use  secondary  research  in  order  to  collect  data  about  the  macro-environment, customers, and competitors. Primary research will be used in order to gain insights about positioning, target market, consumer behavior, and the marketing mix variables. In particular, we will conduct qualitative research (in depth interviews and focus group) and quantitative research (survey).

By  combining rigorous  secondary  research  with  targeted primary  research, the marketing plan  for HEYTEA will be grounded in a deep understanding of the industry, competitors, consumers, and trends This approach ensures that strategic decisions are well-informed, fostering the brand's successful entry and growth in the milk tea market.
