Scenario: You are a data analyst at a customer service company, and your task is to analyze customer satisfaction data and provide actionable insights to improve service quality. The company has collected feedback from customers, and they want you to analyze this data to enhance customer experience. A sample of 50 customer satisfaction data is provided in a separate excel sheet.
Assignment Tasks:
1. Descriptive Statistics (4 marks):
a. Calculate the mean and median of the "Service Rating" variable. (2 marks)
b. Calculate the mode of the "Service Rating" variable. (1 mark)
c. Provide a brief interpretation of the central tendency measures (mean, median, and mode). (1 mark)
2. Quantiles (2 marks):
a. Determine the 1st and 3rd quartiles of the "Response Time" variable. (2 marks)
3. Variability (2 marks):
a. Calculate the range of the "Age" variable. (1 mark)
b. Calculate the standard deviation of the "Age" variable. (1 mark)
4. Data Visualization (5 marks):
a. Create a scatter plot to visualize the relationship between "Service Rating" and "Response Time". Label the axes, provide a title, and use clear markers for data points.

b. Create a pie chart that visually represents the distribution of customers based on “Location” . Label the pie chart with a title, and ensure that it is properly formatted, with clear legends, labels, and colours to distinguish between locations. (2+0.5 marks)
5. Recommendations (2 marks):
a. Provide concise and relevant recommendations to the customer service team based on your analysis. (1 mark)
b. Justify your recommendations with insights from the data. (1 mark)
