Assignment:
The assessment is made of two questions and there is a word limit of 400 words each. The questions cover several topics that students have learned in the lectures and the seminars.
Module Learning Outcomes:
In this assessment the following learning outcomes will be covered:
LO 1. Interpret the output of linear and limited dependent variable regressions, in relation to labour economics;
LO 2. Identify and appraise key characteristics of, and recent developments in, labour
markets in modern economies;
Grading Criteria:
Q1: 30 + 10 + 10 marks. Students are expected to discuss and cite research papers covered in the syllabus and beyond.
Q2: 25 + 25 marks. Students are expected to discuss and cite research papers covered in the syllabus and beyond.

Both Summative and Formative feedback is given to encourage students to reflect on their learning that feed forward into following assessment tasks. The preparation for all assessment tasks will be supported by formative feedback within the tutorials/seminars. Written feedback is provided as appropriate.
