a.     Insert forward slashes to indicate each slot in ALL sentences given below

b.     Give the correct verb type (Vi, VL, or Vt)

c.     JUSTIFY the verb type for sentences #21 and #39  (sentence #21 is a freebie since it is already analyzed in the appendix of the book but you need to explain WHY it is intransitive and be sure to insert all slashes in this one as well)
