1) Management Challenges: (10 points)

Assume the role of the CFO.  Based on your understanding of the company and its operations, what analyses would you propose to further evaluate the performance of the company, or support the further growth of the company?

Think of the specific analyses, concepts and methodologies you utilized in managerial accounting.

2) Climate Change: (10 points)

Assume the role of the CEO.  Your Board of Directors is very aware that the investor community is keen to understand the likely operational and corresponding financial impacts of climate change on the company.  You have asked your CFO to assist you in identifying the operational areas in which you are likely to have significant financial impacts and risks.  What will you tell the Board?
